"To pay on behalf of you, all sums which you shall become legally obligated to pay as damages because of bodily injury by accident or bodily injury by disease, including death resulting therefrom, sustained only within the State of Louisiana by your employee arising out of and in the course of his employment by you in operations within the State of Louisiana."
